It&#8217;s neat habit makes it particularly useful where both ornamental value and a recurring strawberry harvest are desired.<br \/>\n<h3>Growing in Kuwait<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>Plant \u2018Montana\u2019 outdoors during Kuwait\u2019s cooler growing season, preferably from October to February. Provide at least six hours of direct sunlight in winter. As temperatures rise during spring, morning sunlight with protection from intense afternoon heat will help extend flowering and fruit production.<\/li>\n<li>Use a fertile, moisture-retentive but freely draining growing medium. Position the crown level with the soil surface: burying it may encourage crown rot, while planting it too high can expose and dry the roots.<\/li>\n<li>Water whenever the upper layer of soil begins to dry.
