Growing in Kuwait

For Kuwait conditions, Dahlia ‘Titan Lighthouse’ is best grown during the cooler growing season once extreme summer temperatures have declined.
A practical planting period is: October to November
Plant tubers approximately 5–10 cm deep, with the crown and growing eyes facing upward.
Avoid excessive watering immediately after planting. Increase watering gradually once shoots emerge and an active root system develops.
Provide strong sunlight during the cooler months and protect plants from extreme afternoon heat as temperatures rise later in the season.
Because of its very large flowers, staking or plant support is strongly recommended.
