Petunia grandiflora TriTunia Star Mix F1 is a carefully selected blend within the established TriTunia series, developed to bring together the strongest-performing star-patterned varieties into a single, consistent mix. The flowers are large, single Grandiflora-type blooms featuring a distinctive star marking at the center in a contrasting color, creating a layered and visually dynamic effect across the planting.
Plants are bred for uniformity in both growth habit and bloom timing, which means all plants in the mix flower within a close window and maintain a similar compact form. This makes the mix particularly well suited for container arrangements, mixed pots, and bedding displays where a neat and consistent appearance is important.
The series was developed from selections within the Ultra, Storm, and Bravo Grandiflora lines, retaining the best characteristics of each in terms of flower quality, plant habit, and seasonal performance.

Growing Tips

• Petunia requires consistent light and regular feeding to maintain strong flowering output throughout the season. Apply a balanced fertilizer every two to three weeks and ensure the growing medium drains freely to prevent root stress.
  Pinching seedlings early promotes better branching and a fuller plant shape. Remove spent flowers regularly to extend the blooming period and prevent the plant from directing energy toward seed production.
  In Gulf conditions, grow during the cooler months only.
• Note that high temperatures and intense sunlight can reduce the intensity of the star pattern and increase the proportion of white in the blooms. For best color expression, ensure plants are established before peak winter temperatures arrive.
