Rocket Salad is an Eruca sativa — cultivated rocket salad — from Sperli, one of Germany’s most established seed houses. The packet confirms: annual, Mediterranean spice herb, year-round production, greenhouse suitable. Sperli’s Rocket is one of the best-known spice herbs in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. It can be grown in containers, on the windowsill, in the greenhouse, or in open ground, and prefers a loose, humus-rich, nutrient-rich soil. The year-round production capability — confirmed on the packet as (year-round) — is the defining characteristic that distinguishes Sperli’s Rocket from standard cool-season rocket varieties, making it the most versatile rocket salad product in this catalogue for Kuwait’s climate, where an indoor windowsill or covered growing space allows continuous production even during the summer months when outdoor conditions are unsuitable
