Stock Incana Iron Rose Pink Seeds

Matthiola incana Iron Rose Pink is part of the Iron series developed by Sakata Ornamentals, a Japanese-bred stock line engineered to produce taller, harder, and more rigid stems than traditional European varieties, with very tightly spaced florets along each spike. Rose Pink is one of the most versatile and commercially popular colors in the series, delivering warm, medium–toned pink blooms with a natural freshness that complements a wide range of color combinations in professional and home floral work.
The dense, tightly packed floret arrangement along each stem creates a full and elegant spike that performs equally well as a solo stem in mono vases and as a central or filler element in mixed bouquets. Approximately 55% of plants produce double flowers without any seedling selection, simplifying production while maintaining a high proportion of the most ornamentally valuable double-flowered stems. Flower initiation requires nighttime temperatures below 15–18°C sustained for 10–21 days, a condition naturally available during Gulf winter months.
