Abutilon Giant Hybrids Mix

Discover the beauty and versatility of Abutilon Giant Hybrids Mix, often called Flowering Maple due to its attractive maple-like palmate leaves. This mix offers a stunning array of huge, single flowers in a wide spectrum of colors, blooming profusely on well-branched, ornamental plants. If you provide plenty of sunshine and warm temperatures, these Abutilons will reward you with non-stop flowering throughout the growing season.

Their adaptability extends to indoor spaces, making them excellent and long-blooming houseplants.

These plants typically reach a height of around 24 inches when grown in full sun. Each packet contains 10 seeds, ready to bring a burst of color to your home or garden.

You can start your Abutilon Giant Hybrids Mix seeds at any time of year if you intend to grow them as houseplants. Sow the seeds in a moist potting mix, gently press them into the surface, and barely cover them with more mix.

Maintain a consistent temperature of 72-76°F and provide bright light for optimal germination, which usually occurs within 14 to 21 days. Once the seedlings have developed two sets of true leaves, transplant them into 3-inch pots to allow for further growth. For eventual outdoor planting, follow the same indoor starting procedure and gradually acclimate the young plants to outdoor conditions once they are robust and the weather is warm and sunny.

Choose a location that receives full sun to encourage abundant flowering and healthy growth.
