Growing Your Balm Moldavian Dragonhead
Sow your Balm Moldavian Dragonhead seeds directly outdoors in spring after the last frost or start them indoors 6-8 weeks earlier.
Choose a location that receives full sun and has well-drained soil. For direct sowing, scatter the seeds lightly over the soil surface and gently press them in; they need light to germinate. For indoor starting, sow seeds shallowly in a seed-starting mix. Maintain a soil temperature of 18-24°C (65-75°F) and keep the soil consistently moist.
Once seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant them outdoors, spacing them about 12-18 inches apart. This plant is relatively low-maintenance and will reward you with fragrant foliage and beautiful blooms throughout the summer.
