Growing in Kuwait

For Kuwait conditions, Dahlia ‘Royal King’ is best grown during the cooler growing season after extreme summer temperatures have declined.

A practical planting period is:October to November

Plant tubers approximately 5–10 cm deep, positioning the crown and growing eyes upward.

Avoid excessive watering immediately after planting. Increase watering gradually after shoots emerge and the root system becomes active.

Provide strong sunlight during the cooler months, with protection from extreme afternoon heat as temperatures rise later in the season.
