Dahlia Violet Dance: A Lively Pink Ombré Tuber

Add a lively and graceful presence to your garden with the Dahlia Violet Dance tuber. This bushy, well-branched plant grows to a height of 95–105 cm with a spread of 50–60 cm. Its sturdy, hollow stems carry fully-double blooms measuring 13–14 cm across high above the light-green foliage. The slender, slightly curved petals form a loose whirl, creating a beautiful ombré effect that moves from deep rose-pink at the tips, through medium pink, to the palest blush near a soft yellow eye. This dahlia is a stunning focal point for mid-border pastel schemes and is perfect for adding colour play when mixed with cream or deep-pink dahlias.

Dahlia Violet Dance is an excellent cut flower with a long vase life of 7–9 days, making it ideal for crafting luxurious winter bouquets. With consistent dead-heading and maintenance, you can expect to enjoy over 80 beautiful ombré blooms per plant throughout the long flowering season from late November through March.
