Best uses: Containers, flower beds, borders and cut-flower arrangements - Lisianthus Mix offers an elegant assortment of rose-like flowers in a range of soft and rich colors.
- The plants produce upright stems with attractive blue-green foliage and long-lasting blooms suitable for garden displays and floral arrangements.
- Each seedling will normally produce one primary flower color according to its genetics.
- “Mix” means the seedlings are supplied from a mixed-color seed batch; it does not mean that one plant will necessarily produce several different colors.
- Because the exact genetic series is not specified, final plant height, flower size and whether the blooms are single or double may vary between plants.
Growing in Kuwait
- Recommended transplanting period: October to January
Flowering period: Usually during the cooler months, depending on planting date and plant maturity
Sunlight: Full sun in winter; morning sun with afternoon protection as temperatures rise
Plant spacing: Approximately 15–20 cm
Container growing: Suitable for pots with excellent drainage
Soil: Fertile, light and well-drained
Preferred soil pH: Approximately 6.5–7.0
Watering: Keep evenly moist during establishment, then allow the surface to dry slightly between waterings
